All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 4–7 business days

Shipping Fees

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Courier Partners

Orders are shipped via trusted local courier partners such as J&T Express, Ninja Van, and Flash Express to ensure reliable delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide.

Please ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive and pay for the order

  • The exact cash amount is prepared

Failed or refused deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or messaging platform so you can monitor your delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Glow Routine PH is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.

Delays

Glow Routine PH is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. We will, however, assist in coordinating with the courier to resolve any issues.
